Ingvild supports the choreographic process by providing structure and assistance. By encouraging the dancers to stay present and involved with their tasks, she seeks to make the process smooth, efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Ingvild has been a rehearsal director for choreographers such as Shane Urton, Cina Espejord, Whitney Jensen and Anais Touret. She has rehearse directed for projects like På tå hev by the Norwegian Opera & Ballet, Pilot Project by Nasjonalballetten UNG and Norsk Ballettinstitutt´s youth company.
